Tony's Mission: My mission is to focus on transformational ministries, planting new churches and shadowing Jesus Christ for a "church a day" in Ohio.
My KRAs (Key Result Areas):
VisionOhio Oversight. 20% I work to keep connection
and oversight with VO Covenant Group, VO Ministry Team, VOAC, Ohio Districts,
NFGBC and other Ohio church planting groups.
Recruiting. 10% Recruiting of potential church planters
Coaching. 20% Active coaching of VO church planters
Church Planting. 40% I work to engage 3 Gatherer/Shepherd/Elder or Pastor (GSE/P) church planting efforts in NCO District; oversight with other GSE/P planting efforts in geographical places beyond personal presence.
Fund Raising. 10% Work to raise funds mostly
for personal support but also other staff and VO support.
